It is interesting that in order to grow up in age requires one to accumulate more years, but to grow in emotional maturity requires an individual to acquire more of the quality of wisdom. Similarly, to grow in a career or a business requires one to acquire more value to provide to people who may be one’s employers or one’s customers. As the years roll by, it seems in order to grow, one should seek to pile on the intangible qualities of wisdom and value to others.
